When we post a job vacancy, our Automated Selection System (ASS) leaps into action. It scans our proprietary database, Jobiis, identifies the best-suited candidates, and reaches out to them. If you’re not in our database, don’t fret! The SAS makes it simple for newcomers to apply. Once applications pour in, the system ranks candidates based on our desired profile, sends them preliminary questions and computerized tests, and then paves the way for further evaluations. The crux? Our top candidates can schedule their interview with the hiring manager directly on our platform. And for our clients? They get to view candidate CVs swiftly and consistently, enabling efficient comparisons.
